Easiest Corn on the Cob-No Prior Shucking Involved!

Have you ever wanted an easy way to cook corn on the cob without having to go through the work of shucking it?

As a kid, my brother, sister, and I would willingly shuck corn all day.  Now, as adults, shucking is well…a pain. Don’t fear–this recipe will save you the hassle and still give you the same delicious taste for any summer meal!

Easy Corn on the Cob

Seasonings-butter, salt, pepper, parsley, etc.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Place corn (husks and all) onto pan.

Be careful not to let any part of the husk drape over the side–we don’t want any fires in the oven!105

3. Bake corn for 30 minutes at 350.

The outer layer will brown a bit-that’s okay!

4. Remove from oven and cut off top of corn husk. The husk should peel off easily and take the nasty strings with it! 🙂1115. Season with whatever your heart desires (Personally, I love LOTS of butter and salt-mmmm)

You’ll never need to shuck corn again–you can save that job for when you have kids. 🙂
