Bacon-Wrapped, Cheese-Stuffed Burgers

The following recipe is everything you could ever want in a burger. Trust me, if you’re a burger fan, you’ll want to make this recipe again and again!

Ingredients: (for 3 large burgers)

1 lb ground beef
3 slices cheese (any type will do-I used American)
Bacon (I used 2 slices per burger, or 6 slices)
Hamburger buns (or not!)

McCormick’s Montreal Steak Seasoning (optional)

1. Form ground beef in 6 thin burgers. Two of these “thin” burgers will make one thick burger. Sprinkle these burgers with the burger seasoning.

2. Take a slice of cheese and fold in into quarters. Press into the center of one of the thin burgers. Place another “thin” burger on top and form into one thick burger, closing the seams around the cheese. Sprinkle additional seasoning on top.

3. Wrap two slices of uncooked bacon around the burgers. I used two in a cross-cross patter, but feel free to use as much (or little) as you would like!

4. Grill until cooked to desired “done-ness.” Place on buns and enjoy!! Watch out for the cheese when you bite in-it does get hot!!
