Brownie Delights

Here are some easy treats that will impress any crowd.  I made them last week for my coworker’s birthday and they were a huge hit!  In my book, anything with peanut butter and chocolate stays in my recipe box! This is one of those “Semi-Homemade” recipes–all you need is a box of your favorite brownie mix and some Reese’s cups! I used Pillsbury Chocolate Chunk ( I love the extra chunks of chocolate!!).

Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions.  Spray a mini muffin pan with Pam and fill cups halfway with batter. Before baking, press unwrapped Reese’s cups into the center of each batter-filled cup.  Bake for half of the time stated on the box.  I baked mine for 14 minutes. You don’t want to bake too long because they will become hard, but you don’t want them to be uncooked. I tested with a toothpick on the outside of the brownie until they came out clean.  My recommendation would be to start with a shorter time (10 minutes) to make sure they don’t get overcooked!
